Introducing TS Server Drain Mode
Terminal Services Server Drain Mode allows an administrator to prevent new logins to a terminal server. It does allow current users to stay connected and even allows disconnected sessions to re-connect and continue working. The Drain Mode feature also works with the new Terminal Services Session Broker Load Balancing.

I ran into a situation today where I had two load evaluators assigned to the same server. No amount of reconfiguration through the CMC would get things back to normal. To solve this problem I ended up checking and ultimately repairing the Citrix data store.

Essentially if you do not have any user mailboxes stores or public folder stores on an Exchange server that is operating as a front end server, then you can safely enable circular logging. This will reduce the disk space requirements for the front end server.
